and in any such event, WWM shall not be liable for any loss, liability or damage which may be incurred as a result.

1. Cancellation or Modification of Orders


1.1. Cancellation or modification of your order can be executed within 24 hours from your purchase. To initiate such changes, you must submit a request via email to our customer service. For prompt processing of your order cancellation, ensure to include your order number and comprehensive details regarding the items you wish to cancel in your email.

1.2. For order modifications, please furnish your order number and specify the package for which the item was ordered. We will make diligent efforts to accommodate your modification request based on the conditional terms stipulated in this Policy.

1.3. After the initial 24 hours from your purchase, orders cannot be canceled or modified as they are likely already in the processing stage. It is essential to contact us promptly for any desired changes within the stipulated timeframe.


2. Return and Refund of Food or Products

2.1. Initiation of food product returns must comply with the timelines and conditions specified in this Policy. We will entertain return requests for food products based on the terms outlined herein. Returns will not be processed for orders of incorrect food items, not within the training packages, or inaccurate food products.

2.2. The eligibility period for refunds on food products is determined based on the respective packages and terms. To initiate a return for food items, you must comply with the conditions outlined in this Policy. Returns requested beyond the stipulated timeframe, as determined by the specific package terms, will not be considered.

2.3. Initiation of Product returns must adhere to the timelines and conditions mentioned in this Policy. We will consider return requests for Products based on the terms stipulated in this Policy. Returns will not be processed for orders of incorrect Product models, colors, or inaccurate Products.

2.4. Complaints or return requests can be registered through customer service. We will verify if defects or damages are acceptable or due to our default. Verification may involve submitting images/videos (up to 60 seconds or 2MB) of the damaged Product, Product packaging images, or scheduling a visit. Reliance, at its discretion, will resolve the issue based on the assessment report.

2.5. Upon verification, refund processing for eligible Products will occur within 3 (three) business day from confirming defects or non-compliance. Refunds are processed based on Reliance's stipulated conditions and credited to the original payment mode, as chosen by you. Post-refund initiation, additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider's terms.

2.6. Only the original purchaser of the Product is eligible to apply for a refund. Refund requests made by individuals other than the initial purchaser will not be considered. The purchaser must adhere to the outlined procedures and conditions for initiating a refund, as specified in this Policy. Any deviation from the prescribed process may impact the eligibility of the refund application.
